Acknowledgment of Risks Participation in yoga can involve motion, stretching, and poses that may challenge your balance and physical abilities. I, understand that these activities may involve risks including, but not limited to, muscle injuries, joint pains, personal injuries, and temporary or permanent disability. I have chosen to participate in the yoga classes offered by Soulfire Pathways willingly and take full responsibility for such risks. Waiver and Release of Liability I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Soulfire Pathways, its agents and owners, from any and all liability, related to any loss, injury, or death occurring as a result of participation in any offerings. NOT MEDICAL OR RELIGIOUS ADVICE. I am not, nor am I holding myself out to be a doctor/physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, advanced practice nurse, or any other medical professional (“Medical Provider”), psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker (“Mental Health Provider”), registered dietician or licensed nutritionist, or member of the clergy.  As a certified Ayurveda-Yoga Teacher and Reiki master, I am not providing health care, medical or nutritional therapy, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease or condition.
